Filing a DMCA Complaint

Counter-Notice by Accused Infringer

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice by contacting our Copyright Agent with the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
